If you'd like to return an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Reach out to us at Support@duffdaddiesgolf.com. Please include your order number, & reason for return. If damaged, please include pictures.
2. Please allow up to 72 hours for internal review, if approved, we will email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Once your item is received on our end, we will issue a refund. This typically takes around 5 business days for the funds to be returned to your account.
